Booking Your Parties!
While we all carry a date book for scheduling
parties I have found that printing out a month
or two calendar pages and laying them on the
hostesses coffee table allow the guests to pick
them up and look at them without the pressure of
the consultant handing her "the date
book"
Just be sure to X out any
dates you do not want to work or have other
parties. You also want to make sure if the party
has to be held within a certain time that the
guests know it. So let them pass your paper
calendar around and talk about when it is good
for them to hold their parties!
Can end up being less pressure
on the guests and more bookings for you!
* If you do Pizza Parties mark certain dates
they can have one
( Pizza Party available) on the calendar!
Someone who never thought of a pizza party may
decide to do one when sitting there talking
about it with a friend!
This is a win-win situation as
everyone in the room now knows
when there is a
next Party!
